Contacted coptic solutions initially after install by others,system had continuous issues as cheap fragile baluns were uses and original installer was unresponsive when I suggested initial install and kit poor. Lee was recommended by homewise/lancs safe trader,he confirmed installation was of poor standard (originally I was a tv engineer) and rectified wiring and showed me images of water damage where cameras were not sealed. Several months later we decided to upgrade to an IP system ,colour at night with audio ,Lee has totally rewired the system and integrated

Lee came very quickly to put right my very old CCTV system which was making loud screeching noises & driving me crazy. He replaced it quickly & efficiently with a much better system & explained & guided me carefully through the use of the new machine. A happy customer!

I asked a friend who recommended Lee at Coptic solutions. He was brilliant he contacted me the same day, he kept me fully informed of when he was coming and arrived at said time. He was friendly and extremely efficient at sorting the problem out, even taking photos on his phone to show me the problem on the roof. Well we're do I start. With my house badly in need of a security update I contacted Lee at Coptic solutions. Though the camera system was installed by another company Lee managed to get it back up and running without any trouble. He proved to be very conscientious and helpful when providing us with other security options and it is clear he knows the industry so very well. From our initial call to the completion of the job, Lee proved to be friendly and efficient. An excellent service which I do not hesitate in recommending.

Lee at Coptic solutions did an outstanding job in re-setting security cameras around our house and sorting the TV satellite. Lee responded promptly to our call and arrived on time. He proved to be very helpful and courteous as he pointed out possible configurations for our system. I moved house and found that the CCTV (Hikvision) that was installed was not working. I asked for recommendations on a local Facebook page and majority suggested Coptic solution. I contacted and made an appointment with Lee. What a lovely guy, he managed to get the CCTV working for me ( which was originally installed by someone else), he ran through the system with me as I'm not technically minded. Whilst he was here I mentioned I couldn't get any TV programmes, he looked at the satellite dish which only needed a new cable. Overall, a great job, very honest and would recommend in the future.

Coptic are professional, courteous, informative, clean and tidy, they are in the process of upgrading our CCTV system at my works after an install at home. The 1st phase was recently viewed and used by the local Police and the stated that this was the best CCTV they had ever come across in a Private business.

A good tradesman is really hard to find, however we found a gem in Lee. His patience and knowledge while we decided what we wanted was excellent. Absolutely recommend Lee for your security cameras etc, good tradesmen are hard to come by but with Lee who’s a real gem he turns up when he says he’s coming. He does an excellent job and he’s a joy to have around , clean and tidy and very knowledgeable about his equipment . He’s like a ninja you wouldn’t know he’s been in your house and done/hidden wires etc, it’s unbelievable how quick and superb this guy is, I can’t sing his praises higher enough .

Arrived on site to the minute worked with care and respect and on completion he was patient on giving instructions on the use and down loading of the systems to get the most out of the equipment.

Had CCTV cameras fitted last week. Lee did a superb job. The cameras her used were very neat and unobtrusive, perfect for a period property. All the wiring was hidden away which wasn’t an easy job, having to drill through 2ft thick stone walls. He worked very hard all day without a break and took the time to explain how everything worked. Lee simply did an outstanding job on an advanced CCTV install with cutting edge technology fully expandable for future upgrades – the neatness was simply unbelievable and the picture quality is so good you can (remotely from anywhere) see individual blades of grass moving in the wind!!! the quality is so good – thanks Lee, outstanding job, be back to expand the system!!!

Lee installed all new digital tv distribution, satellite and BT cabling, Smartcom alarm system and cables ready for CCTV. All cables were run under floorboards so no visible wiring throughout the house. Lee was always on time, polite and explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend Coptic Solutions!

Lee came to install my aerial Saturday , really nice guy , we knew weather was going to be bad but he still came to do the job!! Quick and tidy , made no mess, overall well done job ! Very highly recommended!

I rang Lee about the problems we were having with our aerial. He came the same day and knew what the problem was straight away. He even sorted out the mess that others had created and all for a very reasonable price. Top guy with bags of knowledge and experience, highly recommended!!

I have just had 4 Ariel wires installed into my new home, one in each room. My initial thought when the job was done, was all the wiring will be on show. To my surprise every bit is well hidden and looks very modern, lee has done a fantastic job! I would highly recommend and I will be using his services again in the future!

1st class CCTV install by Lee. Very neat and discreet cabling from all cameras back to the NVR. Hardly any cable visible and none reachable from the ground. The 6MP cameras are great quality and the NVR has all the features we need now and for the future. Having seen a few other systems we’re more than happy with the Hikvision kit. Lee also sorted out our alarm system which we had installed a few years ago by another company and was supposed to have Smartphone alerts but never worked. Firmware upgraded, correct module installed and configured and everything is now controlled from an app with instant event notifications.

Absolutely fantastic job installing a cctv system in our home went above and beyond the scope of the job moving our WiFi box tidying up excess cables we had, cannot thank you enough Lee, would highly recommend 😀
